Payment Instructions

Paypal

• Simply use the website Shopping Cart, which is integrated with PayPal.
• All major credit cards can be used with PayPal and you don't need to have an account to use their credit card services.
  This method processes your payment instantly and protects us both.
• Paypal E-Checks will be held until cleared (usually takes around 4 days). Items are only shipped once payment has cleared.
• We will only ship to the address provided with your Paypal payment as PayPal will not cover us for lost items if they were not shipped to the address on your PayPal payment. So if you want the item shipped to a different address, make sure you change your PayPal Shipping Address before completing the payment.
  Please make sure your shipping address is correct before you complete the payment. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses. If you provide an incorrect shipping address, you are responsible for the re-ship charge, but we will only re-ship if the item is returned to us. Otherwise, you will have to make the purchase again.
  

Multiple Item Purchases

• Make all your purchases by clicking "Add to Cart". From here you can “Continue Shopping”, or you can complete your payment.
• If you would like more than one of a specific item then just change the number in the “Quantity” box after you add it to your shopping cart.
• Once you have completed all your purchases, complete your payment by clicking the “Go To Payments” button.

Shipping Charges Explained:

Some items are shipped via Canada Post “Letter Mail” in which case we absorb the cost and do not charge for the shipping.

Some items, because of their thickness Canada Post requires that they be shipped as a “parcel” in which case we must charge shipping.

If the item is shipped as a parcel it is shipped via Canada Post “Expedited” service and the rates are as follows:

• Ontario residents, $6.29 for the first item and 50 cents for each additional item purchased in the same day.
• Quebec and Manitoba residents, $7.85 for the first item and 50 cents for each additional item purchased in the same day.
• Saskatchewan and Alberta residents, $9.28 for the first item and 50 cents for each additional item purchased in the same day.
• All Other Provinces , $10.49 for the first item and 50 cents for each additional item purchased in the same day.
  
  Orders are shipped within 48 hrs (weekends and holidays not included) of cleared/received payment.

We will send you a shipping confirmation once your item is shipped . If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 3 days of cleared payment please contact us.

If you purchase more than one item, then the shipping is calculated as the highest rate first, followed by 50 cents for each additional item unless it is a FREE SHIPPING item.

If an item is “Free Shipping” then the shipping is still free even if you purchase multiples of that item or other “Free Shipping” items.

Average delivery times are as follows:

Local (Toronto Area/GTA): 1 business day.
Regional (Ontario): 1-3 business days.
National (Outside Ontario): 2-7 business days.

Returns/Refunds:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will gladly give you a refund or replace the item for you at no charge.
You must contact us immediately (within 2 business days of receiving the item) if you receive a damaged or defective item.
We may ask you to provide us with a photo for proof of the damage in order to save you from having to return the item to us.

Please allow us up to 5 business days for returns/refunds to be processed.
